The bucket teeth for loader usually have two shapes: sharp teeth and blunt teeth, the loader with tire always use sharp teeth, while loader with track always use blunt teeth. The quantities of the bucket teeth depends on the width of the bucket, in general the distance of the bucket teeth is between 150-300mm.
According to structure of the bucket teeth, there are two types: uni-tooth and split one. The split type means teeth connected with adapters by pin-lock, which usually used on large size loaders.Because of the bad work condition, if the bucket teeth were worn seriously, just need to change the tip. While uni-tooth type is always used on small and medium size loaders.
